To ensure a clean, comfortable, and relaxing experience for every guest, please review the following policies before your appointment:

* Arrive Makeup-Free: Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face for all makeup and facial appointments.
* Recent Beauty Procedures: Please wait 2472 hours after receiving a new set of individual lash extensions or permanent makeup (cosmetic tattooing) before booking, and ensure the treated area is fully healed and suitable for your selected service.
* Personal Hygiene: Proper personal hygiene is required. Guests who arrive without appropriate hygiene may be respectfully asked to reschedule.
* Smoke-Free Environment: Please arrive free of strong smoke odors, including cigarette or marijuana smoke. Guests with strong lingering odors may be asked to reschedule.
* Guest Policy: No additional guests, plus-ones, or children are permitted during appointments.

Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of your non-refundable deposit.

A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may require rescheduling and forfeiture of the deposit.
